CEO, CRC for Greenhouse Accounting
The Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for Greenhouse Accounting is an unincorporated cooperative research venture between twelve partners. It seeks to provide research outputs for land-based greenhouse emissions accounting at the national and project levels. The CRC is governed by a Board of 12 members chaired by Sir Rupert Myers.
Its annual budget of cash and in-kind resources is $10 million. The Head Office of the CRC is located at the Australian National University in Canberra with CRC laboratories in five other locations across Australia.
The CRC brings together
scientists from a wide range of disciplines from seven research partners including
universities and state and federal agencies. It is strongly focused on achieving
practicable outcomes that benefit its stakeholders.
The CEO will be responsible for maintaining the CRC's values of excellence,
innovation and independence in assisting its stakeholders in achieving greenhouse
accounting based on the best available practices.
