For outstanding applicants commencing their PhD study in 2002, the CRC GA is offering a strictly limited number of fully-funded PhD scholarships to commence in the first quarter of 2002. Scholarships are available only for specific research topics .

CRC GA PhD Scholarship funding is set at the equivalent of an Australian Postgraduate Award (a stipend of AU$17,267 per year for three years, as at 10.09.2001), plus an operating grant of $5,000 per year for three years. In addition, an amount of $5,000 is held in reserve to fund attendance at the Annual Science Meetings of the CRC, and for education purposes during the student’s candidacy.
